Good Job: Ad Sales

A venture funded start up that is focused on premise-based interactive sales (SEO/SEM/Lead Gen) to local businesses in addition to national advertisers with local presence is looking to fill the two following positions fairly rapidly. The Company is headquartered in Fremont, Ca with presence in Carlsbad/OC/LA, now expanding to Arizona, and Long Island. Location is flexible for the VP National Sales but would prefer the Regional Sales position in the Bay Area.
Regional Sales Manager: Leading online advertising agency focused on local search for businesses is seeking an individual to manage its southwest regional sales force. Responsibilities include developing new markets, recruiting sales team, putting process into place, managing sales force, and selling/managing high level accounts. Tremendous growth potential into EVP type role including head of national sales. Proven track record of executing against targets and developing new markets. Technical sales experience and process/metrics driven management style critical. Total expected comp $250k with upside potential plus equity.
VP National Sales: Leading online advertising agency focused on local search for businesses is seeking an individual to lead its national sales initiatives including selling to national accounts, resellers, directory publishers and Certified Marketing Representatives (CMRs). Candidate has proven track record selling advertising products and services as well as extensive contacts throughout the advertising industry. Total expected comp $250k with upside potential plus equity.
